With over a decade of experience working one-to-one with a range of people in the youth and community sector, in his counselling practice, Tom Tate provides a welcoming and warm space for clients to share their lives and circumstances in a non-judgmental and safe space.
Tom works particularly with those experiencing issues of low self-worth and self-esteem, anxiety, stress, identity, and relationships issues. Sessions will include education on how our minds work, as well as empowering and encouraging the discovery and development of new levels of self-confidence and belief as unhealthy or unhelpful thinking patterns are uncovered.
Sessions take place near central Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin and directions will be sent to you upon booking your initial session. Free parking is provided.
Tom is a qualified counsellor & psychotherapist holding a diploma in Integrative Counselling from Zestlife College a Bachelor of Divinity from QUB & is an accredited member of the Irish Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy, adhering fully to the code of ethics & committed to regular supervision.
